IMPRESSIONS/QUICK REF FOR KYOKO KAGAMIHARA

Kyoko Kagamihara was once your typical cheerful second year high school student, excited to be back in general education after chronic illness left her unable to attend for quite some time. Her expectations of a normal, rose-tinted high school life were turned upside down when she was summoned to a magical world slightly to the left of our own called the Imaginaerium. Upon finding her way there, Kyouko became a magical girl known as a Reflector, tasked with the duty of keeping the Imaginaerium safe from threats. She fights under the name of Reflector Heart and alongside her teammate Reflector Twilight uses her powers to defeat the inner demons and resolve the emotion conflicts of those whose emotions resonate inside the Imaginaerium.

Though cheerful and energetic, she struggles with complexes relating to her illness and her desire to be of use to others despite what she percieves as her own weakness. The Imaginaerium is the first place she's ever felt strong or useful and she'll do anything she can to keep it safe.

Kyoko IS:

• A DFAB cis sixteen year old (she/her) standing at 5'2'' and though she's a healthy weight now, she has a build that makes it clear she spent a hot minute probably not eating enough. She makes up for this by being very bouncy and loud, though. It’s actually quite hard to tell that Kyoko’s as small as she is because she’s always moving – big arm gestures, bouncing around, never in one place for more than a few seconds. Her hair is dark brown and aggressively fluffy despite all her attempts to tame it. She has it styled in a shoulder-length bob that she sometimes ties braids or other cute accessories into. Her style of dress is girly, floaty and AGGRESSIVELY PINK AND CUTE.
  
• From a modern day setting in a lightly fictionalized version of Japan. The only real notable difference between her world and our own is the existence of the Imaginaerium, but even that is a secret known to a very select few people.
  
• A magical girl! Kyoko is known as Reflector Heart, who takes the form of Kyoko's idealized self. As Reflector Heart, she is much stronger and faster than a baseline human with her powerset mostly revolving around her enhanced physical capabilities. She Punch Good. She also has a weak 'feelings sense' that allows her to pick up on potential sources of emotional distress once they begin resonating in the Imaginaerium.
  
• Cheerful, high energy, bouncy and excitable. Cannot mind her own business to save her life. Goes entire days without turning off capslock on her phone keyboard. Ditzy, disorganized and a bit young/naive for her age due to lacking consistent socialization while growing up.
  
• Chronically ill. Her condition is managed by medication and a long period of prior health care but she is still pretty physically weak and has to manage her schedule (eating and taking meds strictly on time) to stay in good condition. Her symptoms primarily manifest as fatigue, dizziness, nausea, anemia and she can faint and grow feverish if she overexerts herself. Fun stuff!
  
• Skilled at/knowledgeable about everything the average person can reasonably be expected to be


Kyoko IS NOT:

• Genuinely cruel, actively malicious or mean-spirited to the average person
  
• Particularly strong, skilled or overly noteworthy for a girl her age outside of the things mentioned above
  
• Genuinely book dumb or ignorant - areas where she is lacking are due to missing chunks of her education growing up, but she enjoys learning
